- JJJGJan 25, 20261.0Before ordering I asked if they had cookie butter cold brew since it’s seasonal. She said yes , I also ordered a frozen Carmel coffee. They made the drink wrong she poured 75% of milk and then asked me half way making the drink if it was a latte ? I said no, it s a cold brew. Then came back to me after pouring cold brew to then tell me they didn’t have cookie butter should she put chocolate instead ? I said no, I don’t want chocolate. Settled for regular sweet cold foam. The coffee has no syrup in it so it was just pure black coffee , that’s how she was prepping to give it to me , I asked for a replacement flavor for that suggest vanilla or Carmel . She added both instead , a lot of back and forth . Then (2 ) other ladies joined it to also make the cold brew since that barista was taking long , then the other made the frozen coffee but it was more like smoothie instead of a blended drink. Finally got the drinks after all the mayhem. Mind you there was nobody in store. Both drinks were gross , all that trouble all that mayhem and anxiety among (3) baristas to make (2) drinks and they were still wrong. Also in the process she admitted to charging me wrong, which I couldn’t see , because when the receipt printed she crumpled it up herself instead of offering it to me. Never again
