    Order was ready quick, but I just bought a bag of sandwiches, which aren't cheap from here, and I can't see the meat on any of them. This is less meat then they put on the small ones. There were literally bites with no meat, just bread and cheese. I can see why locations are shutting down, I won't be back to spend my money on that again.

    Apparently the people cooking the food don't understand what the word cheese means because they never remember to put it on the sandwich oh and forget asking and paying for extra cheese! This is the worst Arbys and worst customer service- there is no customer service

    Absolutely unbelievable, I ordered 2 classic beef and cheddars (meals) with extra cheese, I paid for the extra cheese, received my food and just looked through the bag to make sure everything was in there but didn’t bother opening the sandwich’s (just got back in town from a 10 hour work day plus a 5 hour drive from St. Petersburg) so I made the mistake of trusting them to be somewhat competent and continued my remaining 30 minute drive home as this is the closest Arby’s to me, just to open the sandwiches to find there was no cheese at all on either sandwich, called the location (which took 10 minutes and 9 calls back to back before someone answered) and was told the best they can do is give me a free meal next time I come in…I said that was my first and only time at that location and its not fair to me to drive my gas hog truck an hour total plus time in store on my only day off to get one free meal to replace the 2 they messed up? Avoid this location at all costs, worst Arby’s ever and will be contacting corporate first thing in the morning. Also there was an elderly gentleman who had fallen out of his chair and everybody in that entire restaurant just watched him struggle to get up until I went and helped, this place is the lowest of the low in every way possible. Edit: since I can’t reply to that cookie cutter response that Arby’s gives everybody that voices their grievances, I will continue to do everything in my power to make sure this location is addressed accordingly. Please do not underestimate my level of pettiness.

    Food was better than I expected. You got to try the potato cakes. Place was clean. My only complaint is that they need more staff or at least be more attentive. I had to yell out I wanted to order something else because the staff went towards the back leaving the counter unattended...

    I'm basically responding to Carrie B and her review or it could be him I don't know. However if you've ever eaten from Arby's you should already know that the meat is brown. I'll be at the picture of the meat in your photo was more Brown and looked stiff as if it was me that another time and just slapped on some bread. So I understand where your negativity comes from. But just so you know if you ever order from Arby's again you realize that the meat is going to be Brown but it shouldn't look like yesterday's Brown. I'm so sorry for your bad experience and no I am not part of the company and yes I looked at the rest of the pictures that were posted especially the clump of whatever it was that they served up and what look to be ice cold cheese. I would have asked for my money back if I were you and if you ordered from a delivery service I would have contacted them as well. Better luck next time
