  Visited this Wendy’s to grab food for our children on 4/10 at 1:30pm. The team member taking our order was extremely rude and has terrible customer service. We attempted to order inside since one child has food allergies. We were told the inside was closed because there was only 3 workers present. Understandable. But we didn’t expect to be met with a nasty attitude while ordering. Yes you may get busy but working in customer service means you shouldn’t get an attitude when a customer is ordering unprompted. Very unprofessional and disappointed in the way we were treated.

  They come up with new ways to annoy you all the time. I had plenty of unpleasant experiences here but I do like their burgers. However, today they tapes a piece of paper to the order station, saying they close at 4:00PM. When I drove up at 3:45PM they said they’re already cleaning up. But thank you. I actually tried another fast food place instead that’s closer to me and where the burgers have even better flavor. So at least there is a silver lining, saving me time. I would recommend you find another place altogether or go to the Wendy’s location in Suntree. They have better service.

  Sadly I have watched this Wendy’s location decline over the last 15 years. It seams that the staff hate to work here. They are very short and rude, never a smile. Even when my order is wrong (which happens often) the manager is very unpleasant. There is never a line or business here. The food is hit or miss with wrong orders, staled buns or overcooked burgers. I anticipate that this location will soon go out of business. Once Wendy’s was an excellent place but leadership and staff have led this location down the path of decline.
