  Won't be coming back here. I ordered chalupas with beef and got chicken with cardboard stiff flatbread and ordered a doritos taco no lettuce and got lettuce. The Mountain Dew has a diet Mountain Dew BiB on it and doesnt tell anyone thats the case. The receipt on the bag even says exactly what I ordered. This is absolutely sad, there's no quality control anymore. Get you in, force you to order on a kiosk, then get you out of the building. Im done with Taco Bell in general until they can get the bugs back out of the system, because its not just this sad sack of a location. Doesn't matter the franchisee, no e of you hold your employees and managers accountable for this complete bull crap service you're all so proud of.

  Please start melting the cheese in the cheesy roll ups. I stop here 2-3 times a week for a single cheesy roll up and 2/3 days a week the cheese is still cold.

  When we arrived there were no customers inside or in the drive thru yet the drink station was absolutely filthy. The "manager" (perhaps based on the outfit) was sitting down on his phone the entire time we were there (45 min). I pointed out how dirty the drink station was. It still wasn't cleaned. Potato taco with burnt potatoes wasn't edible.
