The food is horrendous. My nachos are missing several ingredients. The pinto & beans are dry overcooked overcooke. The first few times we went & I emailed the main website to bring these issues to their attention. I got no reply. Once I downloaded their app, wrote & emailed the store, someone did respond. I think they offered us a free item. I would be happy if they got the order correct and most importantly it would have been great if the food didn't look trashed.
