A few times before they left items ordered and paid for out they ignored the request to have pizza cut into squares. If your reading this and are contemplating ordering from this pizza hut, Dont they are going down hill fast service sucks and don't bother ordering boneless wings they put sauce in bottom of container then put dry chicken nuggets on top , the employees who work there need to get a job in anything but customer service, id be extremely embarrassed to work for this franchise the owner should have their franchise rights removed they obviously have no clue on how to hire or run a decent operation. Last time I'll ever order from here

Pizza hut is, at best, mediocre convenience food and no one is going to rush home and leave glowing 5 star ratings for it. This particular location has apparently had health code violations going back a couple of years (according to the staff). So, these enthusiastic reviews are obviously fake. Original review: Just ordered a pizza around 4:00 pm on 23 August 2023. As I was eating slice I noticed a topping on the pizza moving. There was a roach in/on the pizza. Also put on hold for quite awhile trying to reach the store about the issue. They said I was the first to complain about roaches in the pizza in two years. Nice. In a perfect world I'd say that maybe a visit from the health department would be in order.
