The level of commitment is also reflected in the food I received. I worked in food service for many years so I always approach with respect and understanding. To be a manager and still give the customer the silent treatment. I'm not being respectful out of submissiveness but when you are faced with respect and give back blatant disrespect that usually means that you're just not a decent person to begin with. I can't imagine how co-workers feel when faced with his attitude. Something in the store is super toxic. Someone needs the conviction and integrity to remove it from the operation.
