This location provided excellent service and the spicy chicken sandwich was delicious and the bun was fresh. Other locations serve stale buns. Their sweet ice tea was fresh and delicious. Tables were clean as well as the drink fountain.

Not a clue what was going on- asking unnecessary questions, interrupting, and just seemed confused the whole time. Same at the window. At the pickup window, food came unwrapped with part of bun missing, people confused what order we were, and missing hash brown. all this combined we were probably in the line for 10 minutes. Before, I had no problems with this McDonalds but I think from now on I’ll be driving to the other one…

The level of commitment is also reflected in the food I received. I worked in food service for many years so I always approach with respect and understanding. To be a manager and still give the customer the silent treatment. I'm not being respectful out of submissiveness but when you are faced with respect and give back blatant disrespect that usually means that you're just not a decent person to begin with. I can't imagine how co-workers feel when faced with his attitude. Something in the store is super toxic. Someone needs the conviction and integrity to remove it from the operation.
