  I always have a good experience when I come here but my visit today was exceptionally great. The food was made perfectly and was packaged with care- it’s the little details that matter! Even more so, Cat went above and beyond for me despite it being the busy dinner rush. She has amazing customer service skills and is so kind every time I see her. Best McDonald’s around!!!

  The food here is always delicious and freshly made. The only McDonald's I can go to at anytime and my food is hot and hasn't sat around all day. The employees are always friendly and joke around with one another. Friendly atmosphere. Would recommend this McDonald's over any other in the area

  Female manager here kinda tall and really skinny is just an absolute rude person, told me I could only 4 sauces for 20 nuggets and 3 large fries which is insane first off the sauce is free secondly they never gave me the chocolate milk either and they don’t give out the monopoly pieces sometimes even if you ordered straight from the monopoly option, won’t be coming back here I’ll just go down the road to the one at us1 until she’s gone, the older white lady running first window was lovely though I feel bad she has to work with the rude lady running second window that’s also a manager is wild to say the least.

  The manager tonight 10/04/2025 at 10:00pm was possibly the most unprofessional service member I have ever encountered. I ordered 2 snack wraps and 1 of them was not cooked thoroughly or just flat out a bad piece of chicken. I ate in the parking lot so I went back through the drive thru and told them the situation and if I could swap out the 1 I couldn’t eat. The manager came over with the attitude of a disgruntled teenager and after I turned in the remaining food she walked away while I was talking to her and together with the crew leader began to complain and talk about me openly as if this was a high school. Hello!! I don’t care if this is McDonald’s I paid for something and could not eat it because of YOUR mistake! I come here often and have never had an issue and after tonight and my experience with this MANAGER I will never return. After seeing her openly speak badly about a customer her team felt comfortable enough to join in with her. The fish rots from the head down! If this is the type of manager you employ the staff will follow her lead. What a horrible example. After reading the past reviews it seems as if there have been MULTIPLE reports about an unprofessional manager. Lucky for her I didn’t get her name so I reporting the date and time though it doesn’t seem this McDonald cares enough about reviews to have a discussion with her as there is still a manager behaving this way.
