The manager was annoyed that I interrupted his conversation of him just talking to his staff playing around. The app never seems to work at this location but works everywhere else... seems off to me. Then told me he won't honor the app discount because they don't want to give me free food (it was 20% a $10 order). When my order was over $40. Also not to mention the person taking my order said that the code was not working and when I asked they told me idk I don't control the app and my manager is not going to help you get it fixed. Then tried to refuse to get him for me. I would rather drive an hour to go to other locations that to ever come to this one again!!

Constantly missing things out of orders, food is cold 9/10, and don’t even get me started on the attitude of the employees and managers. Just went tonight and had to argue with the manager to get the fries that I paid for and were missing from my order. Trust me when I say it’s worth it to drive to a different McDonald’s 🙏🏼
- JDJoshua DempseyDec 3, 20251.0Went to pick up order and sat in line for well over 10+ mins waiting to even get to the order intercom just to give them a mobil code. After giving the code I sat for another 10+ mins watching and listening the employees sitting back and joking around. They came out to the second window eventually to say that the ice cream machine is cleaning itself and that we can get something else instead. Specifically with the mcflurries i order for my mrs and i every now and then late night for a treat and it seems that garunteed the last 5 times trying to order it during the night shift it’s ALWAYS broken only during the night.
