  just fast food...not good ...not good for you......cost was out of controll...and it was just a fish sandwich that's been srunk down to 4 bit sandwich...last time I'll eat here..

  Went there after 12a. I was on the road for 5hrs so I decided to stop by there to cash in on my points online. I only ordered 1 thing. A medium fry which was 3000pts. The person on the speaker said, "is there anything else" I said, "yes, can I have that fry cooked fresh. I don't mind waiting." I seen that they were dead so I didn't want cold fries that had been sitting. Well when I went around the bend there was 1 car waiting already. About 15min later it was my turn at the window. The girl said, "you the one with the medium fry?" I said, "Yes" she handed the fry, I gave a thank you and drove away. As soon! As I turn out onto US 1 to continue my travels, I reach in the bag and grab a handful of fries and stuff them into my mouth......what a disappointment 😮‍💨 . I waited all that time just to get cold stale fries. I just kept going and dumped the fries out the window. The buzzards or some rodent would treasure that meal. Kept my trash. I dont litter. I would like my 3000pts. Added back to my account. Because what that encounter says to me is, "yes, I will give you points for shopping with us.....BUT! You get the cold stale food for free.....not HOT AND READY food. Paying cash? Maybe. Cashing in pts? You get what is up there. Quality doesnt apply" id simply like my 3000pts added back to my account. I'd greatly appreciate that.

  I used the mobile app for a curbside carryout order. They took 24 minutes to get me my food, the woman at the counter was rude and dismissive, and she outright lied to my face about my order. She told me they were prepping the orders in the order they had been placed, when I had seen more than a dozen vehicles enter and leave the drive-through in the time I had been waiting, all placing their orders after I had, and all getting their orders before I did. She told me they ran out of fries and were making fresh, but when I got my order the fries were cold and soggy, and the burgers had already gotten cold as well. They also didn't have any ketchup, mustard, onions, or pickles on them. This is by far the worst McDonald's I have gone to in a long time, and it's all the more disappointing for the fact that this has been my regular McDonald's for a while, now. The service the last time I went (a few weeks ago) was worse than usual, but at least the food was fresh. This time, though? It's like they hired a whole new crew, and no one on this crew cares even slightly about doing the job they were hired for, nor about treating the customers with respect. I will not be returning to this McDonald's location, and will be finding a different fast food restaurant to visit the next time I'm too tired to cook.
