  The coffee tastes like an ashtray. It’s truly disgusting. It’s not an exaggeration to say it’s the worst coffee I’ve ever tasted. I don’t think you could make worse coffee if you were trying to make it bad. The staff is friendly, although the preparation was sloppy. We got cups with spilled coffee dripping down the sides. They also put cold drinks in the paper cups typically used for hot drinks, which was a little weird.

  I love 7brew and go there at least a couple times a week but honestly I'd say 50% of the time, I pick the wrong lane and get stuck behind a car where the order taking employee is yapping for 5 minutes while the other lane is getting their orders taken asap even though they all just showed up. I'm not sure if something changed recently where an employee only works one lane but I feel like they used to take the orders based on who arrived first. It just sucks waiting 5+ minutes to get your order taken and seeing people who just pulled up into the other lane get their order taken right away. It happens so often at this location.

  15 min to get my regular coffee. Paid gave a tip and had to follow-up on my other after 15min, with "Ace" young man that took my order ignored me when I asked about my coffee. "Charlie" then makes me a "coffee" which had some sort of powder and hot water. I asked for refund took another 20 minutes. Not a pleasant coffee experience. Customer Service needs to be the same for everyone with consistency. Dissatisfied

  i went to the drive thru like always too get a drink i’ve had before and the skinny tall brown haired girl was rude. she copped an attitude and was making slick remarks and i didn’t even end up getting my drink. this place will not receive my money again all because of this chick. i hope they do something about this and hope she isn’t so miserable with her next job.

  I’ve spent hundreds maybe even thousands at this location because it’s the closest to my house, but this location is done getting my money. Over the last month this business has completely plummeted in customer service, and even quality. The costumer service is absolute trash. They’re specifically a brunette girl with a horrible attitude. I didn’t even bother getting her name after she refused to give me a refund on my purchase until I pulled around to the front were she continued to say she could find everyone’s order but my order THAT SHE JUST TOOK HERSELF. This is not my first unpleasant experience with her horrible attitude, it’s every single time. Never again.
