- AMAngel MesiasOct 31, 20251.0Order something to take out, as always they forgot to include all the items of my order in the bag, when I called to ask for the staff to be more thorough and attentive before handing out the bag ( this is not my first time having an issue), the person who answer my call just told me is not her who served me, that I should talk to the person who served me. Not the proper way to handle the situation, I hope someone in management can follow trough in this matter and take proper action so it won’t affect your future business, for reference this happened at 8:20 pm

- MGMaria Guadalupe Alvarez GuerreroOct 20, 20251.0Pedí para comer hay me lo llevaron a la mesa me faltaron 2 cosas en mi pedido papas y helado, primero pedí mis papas pense que me darías las 2 que faltaban pero solo llevaron las papas y tuve que volver a mostrador a pedir mi helado 😡 mi café helado de caramelo le faltaba demasiado caramelo era prácticamente solo café frío pedí más y me lo cobrarían pero la señora de mostrador muy grosera ya iba a pagarlo pero con la forma que me contestaba me dió coraje y mejor me salí como iba a pagar 1 dólar más por el caramelo que si lo hubiera servido como debe de ser no ubiera sido necesario perdir más (a mi no me gusta mucho lo dulce) entonces si le faltaba poquito, pésimo servicio el día de hoy

There was a young girl waiting before me and others so I had to speak up for her so she could get waited on. The service was horrible.
