In addition, the drink I received tasted like water, and it felt as though it was done intentionally. This is my regular Dunkin Donut location, and I have never had any issues before. I usually enjoy the service and quality here, which is why today’s experience was especially disappointing. I hope this matter can be looked into, as I truly value this location and would like to continue being a loyal customer.
