The employee acted like taking my order was ruining their whole life, rolled their eyes at me, and then rushed me like I was bothering them. But the part that sent me? They literally kept my change. Not “forgot,” not “accidentally didn’t hand it back” — no, they straight up took it and moved on to the next person like nothing happened. I shouldn’t have to chase down my own money after I paid for my order. That’s wild. The vibe was rude, the service was slow AND disrespectful, and the fact that an employee felt bold enough to pocket my change is insane. Do better. This location seriously needs a whole reset.
