  High prices for poor quality food. Wendy's quality has been declining for decades but at least their prices followed it down for a while. Now they want sit-down restaurant money for their cheap fast food. That's a terrible value proposition. I expect they will wither and die within 5 years. This location does not have a future at this price point.

  We are heading home to Ky and decided to get lunch. Just randomly stopped at this Wendy’s and it was a mistake. None of them were friendly but one little guy that worked up front. The cook did have gloves on but he was touching everything with the same gloves on. I work in the food industry and this is a no no. That’s how food gets contaminated. You need to change them. I’m so weird about that. But I let that part go. Got the food and it was cold and nasty. It was like the food was left out and not kept hot. Just wanted others to be aware. On the plus side, it did appear to be clean.

  very fast (literally instantaneous), perfectly cooked, not soggy, got the whole order correctly. amazing.

  Ordered thru the AI drive thru, looked right on the screen but was a completely different order when we got to the window! We explained, the lady at the DT understood, but when we tried to explain to the manager she closed the window in our face! Got our refund n left!

  okay… i am not one to leave reviews. at all. and i’ve been coming to this wendy’s for years, and ive never had issues. but today i come inside the restaurant to eat which i NEVER do, and i cannot believe i just watched the people in the kitchen NOT WEARING GLOVES and putting chicken and fries in the fryer with their BARE HANDS… that’s DISGUSTING… that’s how people get sick and get food poisoning. i am not coming here again
