  We try Tiki Docks about twice a year to see if it has improved. It’s unfortunate that such a nice location has such terrible food. My husband and I decided to try the grouper sandwich this time. His grouper piece was twice the size of mine. Mine was this tiny piece of fish that didn’t even cover most of the bun. The flavor profile was suppose to be “blackened.” Their idea of blackened was merely a color- there was no flavor to grouper. The bun was good but dry as there was barely any condiments provided. I had the dock fries- they are just plain krinkle cut fries with a bit of salt. Nothing else. Overall the atmosphere is great, the service was great but the food is just not worth it. We did have the queso dip tortillas which were good. We left hungry and annoyed that this place is has yet again been a disappointment. (I write this while sitting at Joia for pizza since we didn’t eat our sandwhiches)

  While the aesthetic of Tiki Docks is inviting, the lack of operational consistency and subpar food quality make it difficult to recommend. For a venue with such potential, the disconnect between the atmosphere and the actual dining experience is jarring. I hope management takes steps to address these service bottlenecks and kitchen standards, as the current offering does not provide value for the customer’s time or money. I do not recommend.

  Food was great, atmosphere was great, we just went with the wrong expectations. If we had known then it would have been a 3. Greated, sit down, order taken cool. If you want napkins and silver ware track them down yourself. If you want any follow up after the food is delivered track that down yourself. Order a second drink. Watch it sit on the bar for 15 minites then just go get it yourself. Maybe we had a bad server maybe its normal not sure as it was our first visit. When I asked the bartender if this was my beer she said oh your waiter is so and so yeah this is yours. So if you go in with proper expectations then a solid 3. If you expect service don't bother. Bright side food and atmosphere was great. May be back just have to remember, keep expectations low and if stuff goes wrong, remember your expectations were probably to high.

  Had an amazing experience at Tiki Docs! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming, and the food was absolutely excellent, fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. A huge shout-out to our server, Rachel, who truly made the experience special. She was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Also want to recognize Christine for running such a great operation, her presence and professionalism really stood out. Between the incredible food, outstanding service, and overall vibe, this place is a must-visit. Looking forward to coming back again soon!

  Around February 18th or 19th we came in with a party of 7 and one infant the entire atmosphere after waiting more than 20 minutes to sit was off we watched person after person come get seated then we went to ask what’s taking so long and one of the servers said they hadn’t been told yet Fast forward sitting down our sever Samatha or something like that was the absolute rudest person alive working in customer service industry, we had to ask for silverware from other servers she was horrible to say the least, when the bill came she had already taken her 6 percent tip which she shorted herself out bill was close to 300 and even with the absolute poor service we were willing to give 150 or more, fast forward me speaking to the MGR Chris who said all the right things promised to send something in the mail and to date I have yet to receive ANYTHING FTOM HIS PROMISES, and to think I actually believed what he said. So I do not recommend this place at all the customer service was horrible absolutely horrible and don’t waste your breath calling because they will tell you anything they think you want to hear and thinks that will be the end of it .. next letter is to corporate. Signed an up happy never again customer
