  I don’t usually have time to write reviews, But I just wanted to jump in here and let all people that might look through this reviews and the staff to be assured that this place is one of the best cafés out there! I’ve been amazed from the professionalism of the managers, staff , being on their best mood, even when the place is packed! Food was delicious Dining area was spotless considering that it was lunch rush I’ve been coming to this store for a long time now and and for sure will be coming back more often!

  Pasar tiempo con mis niñas en este lugar siempre será mi mejor opción, a ellas les encanta la sopa y a mi el sandwichito italiano 🤭. Buen ambiente y muy buena atención.

  Wow. This place, sorry this manager, is a joke.... i went to leave a review about my experience and saw all the other take out reviews and now i know why i had a horrible experience. Looks like it's all due to management really. I had called in my order on Thursday the 19th and then picked it up myself. When i got back home and realized they did not put my bread bowl in the bag. Called and spoke to manager Bransen i guess his name is. Told him i was missing bread bowl and now im not gonna have anything to eat since i was the one paying for everyones food and im the one who doesnt have anything in the bag. He says he will give me a credit back and in my head im thinking hes gonna give me the whole amount back which was 59$. Anyhow still no credit on my card. I call back Monday and spoke to another girl and she says she will get with manager to find out why theres no credit yet and came back and said that it should be credited in a day or so. Now today being Wednesday, still nothing. Called and got Bransen on the phone and he says that he had to check his emails and such and comes back and says that its gonna be a few more days for me to see my $9 credit that he cant give me the whole amount that they only messed up my bread bowl. Now okay, its not even about the 9$ at this point. If thats all that he is gonna give me for all the trouble that he caused me of not getting to eat with my family and having to make a peanut butter and jelly sandwich while everyone else got to eat panera bread food after i paid for it all and i drove and picked it up myself. I was really upset and wanting that bread bowl so badly for him to just tell me that all he can do is give my 9$ back. What about sending a employee to my house to bring it to me or something. Im sorry but if i was a manager and one of my employees messed up someone's order and i wanted to do what was right I think i would have done more than just give someone 9$ a week later and thats if i even get it later. Sorry im just venting!! These managers nowadays could care less about s customer.

  Love this Panera! Staff is very friendly and welcoming from the moment you get to the store! Food is fresh and coffee is always fresh and available even though the app sometimes says it’s not they will still have it
