The staff is extremely rude, on more than one occasion, I’ve walked in and been ignored while waiting at the counter. Instead of greeting customers, the employees just stare, waiting for you to speak first, with no sense of courtesy or empathy. They’re often chatting in the back, and by the time someone finally helps, I’m already frustrated. When they do come to the counter, they don’t even say hello. The food quality is also hit or miss. Overall, the customer service is terrible, and the manager at this location really needs to reevaluate how this store is being run.

I don't wanna call out the young individuals working that night as appearing to care less about my order than the dirt under their shoe so I won't...but it was on Saturday 27 December between 5 and 6pm. Asked for extra wet, couldn't do it saying it had to be done in the app. Asked where the extra wet button is in the app, couldn't answer. Then they looked us in the eye as they handed us two bags of underdone wings that were bone dry. I'm sure if I ordered wings here again, four out of five orders would be fine. But if I can't trust that a $40 order will worth $40 every time, I'm gonna pick a different place to get wings every week.
