- LSLogan StaffordFeb 12, 20262.0I enjoy Wendy's breakfast options. Before I moved to Brandon from Pennsylvania, I would often go to my local Wendy's to get coffee and one of their sandwiches. Today I went for the first and last time to this Wendy's location for breakfast. I didn't have to wait long to get my order (albeit I had to park and wait for them to bring it out, as opposed to the drive thru like I asked for in the app). I asked for a large coffee with three half n' halfs. I was handed a large coffee CUP that was half filled with coffee, and three half n' half cups were thrown into my food bag, instead of put into my coffee like one obviously should do. I was also given sugar, which I did not ask for. The food is fine, no problem there. But I shouldn't have to put the creamer in myself if I'm ordering a coffee with said cream in it, that should be a no-brainer. I'll be going to the Dunkin Donuts next door instead from now on. Oh, and their drive thru uses AI which is another point docked. Hopefully their lunch is better, if you decide to get it.

- MVMayuli ValleJan 15, 20261.0What a disappointment… to order there is not even a person anymore but an AI machine that doesn’t allow to choose drinks or to ask questions so after we got our order wrong because that machine doesn’t work, we drove to the window and when we were asking the question about the drinks they just close the window on our face what a rude and impolite customer service We drove away sorry Wendy’s you lost a customer at this location and in any future one that you have an AI machine to get my order
