As I was trying to place my order, I asked for their Number 5 (sandwich item only), the AI system told me twice that item did not exist and tried recommending something completely different. I restated the item again, because sometimes AI can misinterpret words. As I was trying to restate my order, a mans voice interrupted the AI and said "What is wrong with you? Are you stupid? She said we do not have that item!" (I am politely resphrasing what he said) Then another women's voice came through on the speaker to cut him off and tried to apologize and explain that the AI may not have understood what I was asking for and for me to hold on one moment. At this point, I explained to the Lady that I would take my business elsewhere after that mans comment.
