Ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches last night and only realized after biting into them that they were RAW. RAW CHICKEN. Either the staff here is trying to give people food poisoning or they don't understand how hazardous this sort of behavior actually is. Judging by all the other reviews for this location, I wouldn't be surprised if it was the former. Corporate needs to shut this place down.

Pay more than $18 and when I got home there’s no son of baconator sandwich at all. When I called they say that I have to go back in person! Driviy15 minutes there with this cold. No way! I will never go to this Wendy’s again! Enjoy your free baconator that should be lying right there alone! 😡😡😡😡😡😡

Also, there has always been at least one item in my orders that is cold by the time it gets handed to me by the employee. When the General Manager gets involved in customer complaints, she is very rude and condescending to the customer, speaking with a heavy attitude and rolling her eyes at every valid complaint. I've seen her handle other customer's complaints , too. At least she's consistent. She doesn't resolve the issues at hand, she treats the customers like they are stupid, and she doesn't take ownership of the unprofessional way that restaurant is being run. She either needs to be fired, demoted, or she needs a refresher course on how to be a manager.
