  Joe is the most incredible remarkable and kind person in the food service business I have ever met in my life and I'm 80 years old. What he recommended was superb there aren't enough kind words I can say about him in the English language!!! He took his time with us and believe me the place was crowded. He was kind beyond words and knowledgeable beyond words I could go on forever about how wonderful he is and was, but what a treat to have him in your employee.

  My first sip of the Mango margarita, made me gag. Was sent back. Service was so slow we almost left. Waiter was so bad, put wrong items on 2 if our checks. 2 of us ordered a shrimp dish. The sauces on the side were DISGUSTING. Two of us were ill for days immediately after we left. Food tastes like an old refrigerator. Like they leave everything uncovered stored in an unsanitary cooler. I am still working w health dept. On this gross place.

  Gia was hands down the BEST server I’ve ever had at Tiki Docks. From the moment we sat down, she was so warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. She made sure everything was perfect — drinks were always full, food came out quickly, and she checked on us just the right amount without ever feeling rushed. What really stood out was her personality. She’s so friendly and easy to talk to that by the end of the night, it felt like we had known her forever. She went above and beyond to make our experience special, and you can tell she truly cares about her guests. If you go to Tiki Docks, ask for Gia — she’s amazing. 10/10 experience and I’m pretty sure I just made a new best friend.

  When I first saw the building, I knew I was in for a treat. When my girlfriend and I walked in, we were greeted with smiling faces and a relaxed-tiki-tropical atmosphere. Our server was Gia, a sweet, enthusiastic , and energenic girl who gave us great recommendations for drinks and food. My girlfriend got the blackened fish tacos while I got the BBQ bacon burger. I thought both the drinks and entree were delicious. The staff was very friendly and talkative, would absolutely come again.

  The young woman Jessica’s attitude and service was amazing! I can name very few times I’ve walked into a restaraunt and felt like I was at home, but she gave me and my kids that experience! The wait for food was not long and the appetizers were amazing, and I didn’t have to ask for a refill once even when she got busy. I don’t know if she gets the recognition she deserves, but I can see her going far in the service industry. Thank you and see you soon Tiki Docks Riverview!
