  First time here. The atmosphere is very nice and welcoming and there are cool decorations and fixtures throughout. Tori was our waitress and she was amazing, from offering suggestions to checking on us. The food was fantastic, as were the beverages. Check it out.

  We really enjoyed everything about Tiki Docks in Riverview. We had a friend visiting us from Ohio and decided to try Tiki which is really near to home. We sat outside, it was a lovely day. The atmosphere is like the old Florida. The service was outstanding and the food and drink were delicious. We all felt comfortable and really enjoyed ourselves. I can’t believe it took us so long to try a place so close to us.

  Very nice place. Food is great. The place is large but they don't have enough staff to service the customers so the waits are longer. I noticed minor issues like door returns not working and other things in addition to the limited staff that make me question if they are struggling.

  New Year’s Eve table of 5. We were seated quickly thanks to the great hostess. Our queso appetizer came quickly. Our grilled wings, Cuban sandwich, grouper bites, and fried shrimp dishes all were delicious and appetizing. Sorry for no pictures everyone started eating to quickly for me. Our server was attentive but not bothersome. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

  Call and confirm your reservations a couple of times before and day of. With all the hostesses working that stand no one called to tell us our reservation request was to be changed for a much larger party. All it took was ONE PHONE CALL! We have also had reservations not even written down. Thus you better confirm a few times. We have been bumped from a table due to someone else reserving a particular table. Huh? Teaching moment for the staff here. Write it down, date it, call if a change asap. It is a hostess/manager job to do so. This was our go-to place! We wish you well, yet back to our previous go-to joint. Friendliest servers around and the food is pretty good. Can't fault you on that. Since I cannot reply to Owner Response....I have spoken with two managers after last issue. We have been patient and nice about it each time. Matt, mgr, was pleasant to speak with, yet not much to do about it. Just do better for your remaining customers and new customers to come.
