Tonight I went inside hoping it would be better. It was, only half my order was right. I will not be going to this location again. Even worse you wait 20 min and your order is still wrong.

There is no one in the drive thru and no cars outside waiting, so I’m assuming the 2 workers are on their phones doing nothing.

But tonight as well as the past few that I’ve gone, it’s been a 45min-hour wait for a drive through mobile order. Tonight I was told certain items were not available, which I’m used to and is ok! But then when I got home, my order was incorrect, and it was what I was looking forward to. It just kindof stinks is all. We were given a voucher for the wait, but it doesn’t replace the $7+ item I ordered. And things like this seem to be typical as of late. I hope things get better.

But on a plus side it was still all within the wrapper. They are doing a great job at keeping the inside of the restaurant looking clean.

I had an online order. Everyone who had been waiting for online orders were kicked out of the restaurant and told to go through drive thru. Then told the people who wanted to cancel their order that they couldn't. After waiting over a hour in drive thru they couldn't find my order, but by some Christmas miracle they found it. This place needs immediate attention. At least the food was fresh I guess.
