The women who work there need training — they don’t know how to make a sandwich. I ordered a Chicken Teriyaki and it was terrible. Everything was a mess, . On top of that, it didn’t even taste right

The owner needs to wake up, fire management and start over.
We placed an online order for 2 footlongs around 1:40PM, requesting that it be ready by 2:15PM on a Saturday afternoon. At 2:10PM, the app confirmed our order was complete and ready for pickup. We drove over to the restaurant and walked in. The ONE employee working was so slammed with 3 other customers waiting and our food hadn’t even been started; needless to say, we had the unfortunate luck to stand there and wait another 30 mins so she could help 2 other people and then start our order.
👎🏻Employees are slow, unmotivated and overwhelmed.
👎🏻They only had 2 out of the 5 breads that this store offers. They were completely out of flatbread, Italian and honey oat.
👎🏻The bread they did have was old and stale.
👎🏻The 6 cookies they did have looked a week old.
👎🏻The soda fridge by the check out was almost empty.
👎🏻Why is there only 1 employee working on one of the busiest days at one of the busiest times of day?
I’m never going back to this location. The majority of subway locations are excellent. This store is bottom of the barrel and needs a MAJOR overhaul.
