- GSGeorge S2 days ago1.0I patronized Einstein's Store#3914 Saturday morning on 1/10/26 in Riverview FL. Ticket# 10073. I asked the cashier about the portion size of the Dragon Fruit Drink which is 16 ounces based on the marked serving size. I asked for no ice and received 12 ounces at a cost of $3.69 each. I asked why the 12 ounces serving when your recipe says 16. This is false advertisement on a large level and the attitude displayed by the server was worse. He said we are actually trained to stop at the big dot. This is sad. The server is the heavy guy with glasses. We will not be returning. All future customers should be aware of the scam on overicing beverages. I had a 15 minute drive to my home and did not want my kids drinks watered down.

I get home (since there is no seating) and they gave me a bacon egg and cheese. I don't eat pork. The first time I went I tried to use my reward for a bagel with schemer to be told that I could't use it for that, when I later checked my reward it was for indeed a bagel and schmear. Overall not well run store, bagels are mid, save yourself time and money and just go to publix to buy the same Einstein bagels and make them at home.
- TJtori jNov 20, 20251.0Food was dryyyyy and blandddd. Cold brew was bitter and flavorless. Tasted like black coffee. Their very large hash brown was flavorless and one of them weren’t delivered. The bagel was not toasted and it was DRY. Everything about my experience was bad and it looked so good. Would never eat here again in my life.
