  My husband and I decided to give your store one more chance to make our order correct. We ordered two everything bagels with one egg and sausage. My husband’s sandwich had cheese and mine was NOT to have any cheese. After I paid, I asked the cashier about my rewards. She said “oh I’m sorry I should have asked you.” Then, we are waiting for our sandwiches and I watched the girl making my sandwich actually take the cheese off of my sandwich when it was to be made without cheese. I told her I saw her take the cheese off and she said “I took the cheese off ma’am.” This will be the very last time we go to your store. I can’t believe your team has difficulty following directions and making my sandwich the way I asked. Three strikes and you’re out.

  My daughter introduced me to this restaurant a fees weeks back—great experience and great sandwich. Stopped by this afternoon headed back to Gainesville, started to place a phone order but decided I wanted it nice and hot. Entered and a young man was loading read from a tray into display case never acknowledged me for a couple of minutes ( should have left at that point). Another guy came to register, took my order. I was very disappointed as I asked if he would please cut it in half, he made a smart remark that it would be $10 to do so—which I took as a dull joke. The sandwich was barely warm. Love their sandwiches but this experience assured me I would never go there again. I started to go to WAWA and I should have.

  The food is great. However, whoever cooks the eggs must be blind or visually impaired because they keep having shells in the eggs. Not a big deal, but a total turn off while eating your breakfast sandwich.......

  They got a simple order wrong.. ORDERED 4 items. Messed up my bagel .. it did not have 2 eggs or the pepper spread.. Totally did not put a Strawberry & Cream Strudel in the bag.

  This is the last time I order DoorDash through this place or go in. I’ve ordered DoorDash Dash twice and they have forgotten my cream cheese both times. What kind of genius’s are working at this store? Read the order. Pack the bag. Terrible.
