I have gotten mostly consistent services, but a few times I have ordered donuts that are completely soaked and soggy on the bottom. I wish I was exaggerating, but this would happen to the apple spice filled donut, and they wouldn't just be soggy, they would have almost no powder on them. I haven't ordered them in months because of that, but my stuff is usually good otherwise.
