    Absolutely no stars, Whoever I was speaking to there is incompetent and rude. The girl in the drive-through was fine, but I came in yesterday to grab some food before work and ask specifically for a chicken croissant with no bacon and they gave me two pieces of bread with only bacon. when I came back to correct it today I was faulted because I didn’t call and was told next time I wouldn’t be compensated if I didn’t call even though I was purchasing a bunch of other things and just asking for what was incorrect yesterday to be replaced then, when I pulled up to the drive-through, they still tried to send me off without my croissant and act clueless when I asked about it, considering we just talked about it through the drive-through microphone I reiterated a chicken and cheese croissant with no bacon and then in the end croissant still have bacon on it. And then gave me a jelly doughnut that looked like it exploded in the bagA level of stupidity And terrible customer serviceis beyond me in the most respectful way possible.👎

    The GM Ashley at this location is not good at her job she sat there and did not address me ask me what was I getting and I sat there for a few minutes and she went to the back to get someone to take my order after I ordered a lady was standing behind me I moved to the side so she could order Ashley starts to take her order greets her and everything and she's done this before so she needs a reality check

    I have to walk around with mocha all over me today because the cup is filthy My $120 hoodie ruined :( I come multiple times a week and it's always a cup covered in coffee and ingredients If the staff didn't try to push an extra shot of espresso and focused more on deliverance it would be a better experience

    I’ve given this Dunkin’ Donuts several chances, and unfortunately the quality has been consistently disappointing. Every time I visit, my hash browns are old, soggy, and hard, and the food never comes out at even a decent quality. I understand that not everything will be perfectly fresh, but it shouldn’t be this bad every single time. I decided to try again this morning after a while, and it was the same experience. My turkey sausage patty was dried out and burnt, the egg tasted old, the cheese was cold and falling off the sandwich, and the hash browns were extremely soggy and wet. When I brought the food back to the restaurant, I calmly explained that the quality was unacceptable. As I was speaking, I heard employees laughing loudly and saying, “What? It’s not good?” which I found very unprofessional and disrespectful. Instead of joking, someone should be checking why food this old is even being served. Why is there a patty so hard it could be thrown like a brick? Why is food sitting in holding that clearly shouldn’t be? The only positive part of my experience was the manager, Ashley. She was very kind, professional, and apologetic. She offered for me to come back and get a free meal, and I truly appreciate her effort to make things right. This review is not against her at all. However, after multiple visits with the same issues, I’ve decided I won’t be returning. I’m tired of giving chances only to receive poorly made food. I’d rather take my money elsewhere—and now I even have to wait for my refund to process instead of receiving it back immediately. I hope this location takes food quality and customer service more seriously moving forward.
