No refund, no help. Tried calling customer support line and when I did get someone they said “let’s try something” and hung up on me immediately. Don’t waste your time and money here.

They were non-accommodating and when we asked for a quesadilla, they said ‘That’s only for online orders’ and ignored us. Just… why? The food wouldn’t been okay if it weren’t for the crunchy rice on my burrito. But other than that, the food was up to the Chipotle standard. Overall, I recommend going somewhere else.

More often than not, whether I order the steak or barbacoa bowl, the meat is overcooked and ends up very chewy almost like chewing gum. It has gotten to the point where I sometimes remove most of the meat from my bowl because it just does not taste right. I order from Chipotle about one to two times a week and this happens roughly 65 percent of the time. I have also noticed a difference in the quality of the food depending on whether I order through the drive through or go inside the store. The drive through food does not taste as good and is more likely to have the chewy meat problem. I am not sure why, but I know some locations have separate food preparation for drive through and dine-in orders, which seems to affect the taste and quality. I do not expect this review to change much, but I wanted to share my experience.
