I pick up uber from here almost everyday and no matter what time of the day I am picking up I have to wait atleast 45 minutes. When you walk in everyone just stares at you and doesn’t say one word. Just because we are picking up for uber does not give them the right to treat us like this. The other day I told and employee who I was picking up for and she said ok and walked away didn’t even check for my order. She went and sat down and started eating. For the first time ever my order was actually done and I waited 30 minutes for no reason. Not only is this an inconvenience to us drivers it is also an inconvenience to the customers who are waiting for there food. It messes up our ratings and we lose out on money. Something needs to be done, this is unacceptable.
