When he got there, he was told the deal was for dine-in only. He even pulled up the promotion which didn’t mention any dine-in restriction, but they still refused to honor it for takeout. As much as I appreciate businesses recognizing our veterans, this honestly feels like a money grab. He was so disappointed that he just left. It’s unfortunate because we eat there all the time.

I think the floor manager said that's how they call out orders. We thought there was a fight brewing. Every time it happened, my fight or flight reaction peaked. This is not the place for any veterans with PTSD or anxiety. I came here 8 years ago and that wasn't how business was conducted. We'll never come back. Vietnam Vet.

There’s a sign at the front telling you to wait for the host to be seated but there is no host and it’s sit wherever. After sitting, the servers were nowhere to be found and the food took forever to come out (and came out cold). The excuse was that “the place was packed” but there were plenty of empty tables. Our server wasn’t even apologetic (or aware) of how agonizingly bad service was.
