When I finally said something to her now she bothered and got an attitude. I don’t understand why people have customer service jobs but act like they don’t want to service the customers.

I have been coming to this location since I moved to the area and to say I use to dread the experience is putting it lightly at times I would drive 15 minutes out of my way to get my roast beef fix just so I didn't have to deal with how rude the Managers are at this location now I find myself doubling my trips. Her customer service and the way she engages is phenomenal Great job Arbys
