  I decided to try this new coffee shop. They have two lines and 4 workers outside at those lines but they aren’t walking around to take the orders, just standing around talking amongst one another. I spent almost 30+ mins waiting for my coffee. Just bad service, there’s no structure and I honestly don’t plan on returning.

  I go here all of the time with my friend and they never disappoint! The workers are so friendly and kind, and the coffee is always SOO good!! I get an (brace yourself) Iced Sugar Free Golden Eagle 3/4 Sweet add Sugar Free White Chocolate to line the cup and add Whipped Cream! Also, there is no reason not to try this place, if you get an account, you get any medium drink for free! How fun is that! They're also are so not pushy about tips (I still give $2) and are so kind! If you haven't been yet, go! Stop debating it and go there!!

  I had a really disappointing experience at this Dutch Bros location. The drive-thru line was unbelievably slow—easily the slowest I’ve ever encountered. What made it worse was that the staff didn’t seem to have any sense of urgency, which made the long wait even more frustrating. After finally getting our order, they ended up making the wrong drink, which was the icing on the cake. By that point, it didn’t even feel worth going back through the line to fix it. I understand that places can get busy, but this felt like a combination of poor efficiency and lack of attention to detail. Definitely not the experience I’ve come to expect, and it makes me think twice about coming back.

  After several visits to this Dutch Bros location, I’ve consistently had the same issue, which leaves me with mixed feelings. There always seems to be confusion around my order specifically the iced hazelnut truffle mocha. Each time, it turns into back-and-forth about how the drink is made, with staff insisting it’s incorrect. Unfortunately, this often comes across as confrontational rather than helpful. I even reached out to corporate for clarification and was informed that while the drink was seasonal, it still exists on the secret menu—so the order itself is valid. The frustrating part is that once everything is sorted out, the drinks actually turn out really good. That’s what keeps me coming back. However, I do hope for a smoother, more customer-friendly experience moving forward, with less pushback over orders. I never have these issues at the Tampa location, which has always been consistent, friendly, and easy to order from. At this point, I may stick to that location unless this one can improve communication and overall service.

  My wife and I have been going to Dutch Bros for years and are so happy they built one in our part of town. We always wondered what it would be like if they opened one in the Gibsonton area and it’s finally here. Our go to is the shark attack rebel iced and we’ve been getting those for years. The first day the Dutch bros was open the shark attack was perfect and made how it should. Only reason giving this location 4 stars is because for some reason the last few visits to Dutch the shark attack has tasted watered down and not what it should be and trust me we know what it should taste like. So hopefully you guys are able to fix that.
