  I’m extremely frustrated with Chipotle’s policy requiring quesadillas to be ordered exclusively through the app. During my recent visit, I was informed that I could not order an adult quesadilla in-store and that this was a corporate policy with no exceptions. This creates a very inconvenient customer experience, especially for those of us who prefer to dine in. More importantly, it makes it unnecessarily difficult to order for my 12-year-old son, who has autism. I am unable to simply order his meal alongside mine at the counter and instead have to place a separate mobile order, which complicates what should be a straightforward process. The kids’ quesadilla is not a viable option, as it is not filling enough for him. The adult quesadilla is the appropriate portion, yet I’m restricted from ordering it in person. What added to the frustration was the manager’s rigid enforcement of this policy, with no willingness to offer flexibility or understanding given the situation. A little discretion or customer empathy would have gone a long way. Overall, this policy feels unnecessarily restrictive and disconnected from real customer needs. Chipotle should reconsider allowing in-store ordering for quesadillas to provide a more seamless and inclusive dining experience.

  Bad customer service. I work at chick fil a so I know what good customer service looks like and I did not get that. 2 girls were at the window and 1 opened the window and was just laughing and didn’t pay me any mind until her conversation was done . I went today and got food through the drive thru and not only did I get bad customer service, you guys forgot my large chips.

  Terrible customer Service they will give you old food that’s been sitting there and an attitude.   I've went here a few times and food was okay, but tonight just made me not want Chipotle at all anymore or at least at this location. 1. Food is always running out/refills not timed good at all 2. Food area just cross contaminated with other products because Food making area is a mess. 3. They give very small portions and im not over exaggerating...like a toddler amount 4. They don't put people at the right positions and they move so slow 5. The food presentation is a mess and outside container is a mess from all the food on their hands 6. The food once you get home is terrible after you get through exhibits 1-5 from above [my guacamole had a funny taste and my non meat protein option was chewy and tasted weird as well- my protein was sitting in a bunch of liquid when its normally dry and soft with flavor (I should of none then)]. I've never just stopped eating after a few bites and said nope. I'm highly disappointed and lost my appetite for Chipotle. Not fresh as advertised.
