Drove home and opened up the box to my sandwich and it was a fried spicy sandwich! It was correct on the receipt but whoever bagged my items got it wrong. Obviously next day you were closed and then I was out of town the next week so this is my first chance to write the review. On one hand I love this restaurant because the manager/owner is super nice and my husband and I used to always come here together. But lately it’s always something. Missing sauce, missing Splenda for tea….even though it was asked for. Please do better.

My order is always correct, and the service is always fast even if it’s busy. Overall it was a great experience and I will always come back!
- RHRob HerrinMar 28, 20261.0We just ordered from the drive thru. Drove home with our food (which we checked before leaving, but counted fries and sandwich boxes which were accounted for). Well, I ordered the jalapeño ranch club CHICKEN sandwich. Turns out, they left the CHICKEN off. So, it ended up being an over $12 BLT! I guess in the future we need to open the boxes and lift the buns to make sure the whole chicken part of the chicken sandwich is included before heading home.
