I wish I caught her name, but I know it was around 4:30 PM today and She got My son and I to go order. The food was fresh and hot as well. Great job 360 around thank you will be back.

My food is always warm and i love it every time. The atmosphere could be a little bit better with sometimes the workers not always being present at the register or greeting customers. I would definitely recommend this location and come back to it again.

I would order it again.

My interaction with Latisha and Paige was unprofessional and lacked basic communication and respect. It felt like my questions were brushed off rather than addressed, and there was little to no effort to actually help resolve my concerns. When you’re dealing with customers, professionalism and clear communication should be the standard, not the exception. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here. The overall experience left a bad impression and made it hard to trust the business moving forward. I hope management takes this seriously and works on improving their customer service, because experiences like this drive people away.
