  All I can say is upper management needs to show a sense of urgency however the young lady that was working the front for pick up on the of 8/27/26 approximately around 7:45 pm to 8:40 is when I left I’m sure her tag spelled Desiree I spoke with the manager Al and let him know she has great customer service even during a rush she didn’t fumble and tried her best to not upset your clients would give her a 4 but one thing I would change about her is to smile even when the position overwhelmed her.

  The place is filthy! The bathroom looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in years, it’s so disgusting 🤮 The fries were cold the carrots and celery tasted old, you can taste the dirty lines in fountain drinks/water. The boneless wings were good, potato wedges and service was good.

  It has been a while since the husband and I went to B-Dubs. It wasn't too busy despite the basketball game except take out, there were multiple people waiting for food. Our waitress was Addison and she was great. Very friendly and personable. She repeated our order back with the drinks, appetizers, and the main order; everything was good. Our appetizers came out, no extra marinara sauce was given but Addison immediately went back and got it for us. First round of drinks were good, I had a beer and the husband had a long Island. His second long Island was darker and had more soda in it than the last. The main dishes come out, the wings were finally extra extra extra crispy; only thing that was missing was the extra seasoning. I had ordered the BBQ chicken salad. It was really good with the exception of the honey BBQ part. The chicken was lemon pepper instead of honey BBQ. I wasn't going to say anything and I wasn't going to return it because it was good even though not what I ordered. When Addison came back and asked how everything was, that's when I decided to bring it to her attention. She was very apologetic and even compt it from our bill. Addison was amazing through all of the missed sauces and wrong salad. For that, it didn’t make our experience all that bad. So a huge thank you to Addison.

  I had a horrible experience dining in at the bar area on 3/19/26 at about 10:00pm. My husband and I walked up by the bar area, and there was a young man doing some straightening up behind there, and as soon as we sat down, he went to the back for about 8 minutes. When the young man came out he brought out a power cleaning wet vac machine and told us he would be with us soon! We then waited another 5 minutes and he finally gave us a menu and asked us “What we were drinking?” We then got our drinks, and he went back to the power machine and used it for about 10 minutes without even ever taking our order. We then seen 2 gentleman come in by the bar area, and sat down. When the young man seen the 2 gentleman sit, he looked with this look, like he did not want to serve them, and went to the back again. As we waited to still order our food, we waited, and the young man never came back from the back. My husband and I then got up, and told another waiter that we were leaving, and the service tonight was horrible! He apologized, but it still did not cover for the “horrible customer service” received.

  Depression on a plate. You will be grossly disappointed. I tried this place multiple times hoping my last experience was just a one off. The food is consistently bad. Avoid going here at all cost.
