  I literally saved some guys life here giving him the heimlich and no one in the store even was paying attention. I dont know what was more important behind the counter, but thank God after 1 min of squeezing this older gentleman he spit it out and started breathing again. No one called ambulance, no one even cared. Glad I came inside. Thats a lunch I'll never forget.

  I drove 30 minutes to get there because mu husband LOVES it!!!! And its never disappointing.

  I have gone to Arby's since I was a kid loved the potato cakes then they discontinued them so I stopped going because of that .That was their staple a half pound roast beef and potato cakes so when they brought them back I was stoaked here's my beef no pun intended. I go to arbys hungry ready to enjoy my usal as noted above and I go to the counter and after I place my order I get would you like to round it up for some donation or would you like to donate to some charity I say no thanks and I get an attitude from the manager. really ! no pleasantries here's your order enjoy have a nice day nothing . I get this everytime I go inside to place an order now and their doing it at the drive thru now im sick of it I dont need to feel uncomfortable buying food from Arby's I work hard for my money and as a paying customer this is unacceptable the prices are high to begin with so now they want to squeeze more money from you forget it so now im done . See ya Arby's

  Food was good. Dont go out to eat much. Thought i would try the 7.99 special. I enjoyed the meal. Two things i was not so happy with because i am very thrifty is, after checking with google that stated a 10% discount i was informed that this store does not honor a military discount. Thats cool, no big deal. My second issue i do have a problem with. Rounding my bill up beacuse i am paying with cash due to no more pennies being produced. I could see rounding ok if it was not for the pile of pennies in the cash drawer. Talked to the manager, she stated there policy and said some are rounded up and some are rounded down. So i guess half of the customers will be happy while the other half will not. I know its only 2 pennies but it is still my two pennies... its allmost as bad as some places adding a tip automatically. I earned my money and hate to be ripped off nomater how much it is. My suggestion for arby's corporate is to allways round down instead of loosing a coustomer for a couple of pennies. I guess thats giving my two cents worth about this issue. Will still end on a good note, had dinner out and did not have to do dishes tonight.
