  Order wrong. Slow service. Unprofessional staff. And impossible to get out in traffic because of location.

  There’s no organization on taking the orders in drive thru, neither in distributing the order at pick up. Second if you do happen to go - take the drive thru lane to the left hand side (closer to the building) at times there’s 2-3 cars that go in that lane until they realize there’s someone waiting in the right lane.

  Waited in line as the kids played in the back spraying each other with water while I waited 1hr for food ! I would rant but I should of just left instead of being greedy or went to Burger King right next door.

  FAST food? 🤣 I arrived at night with the dining room closed. 9 people in front of me in the drive-thru. Took 40+ minutes to get a burger, fries, and a drink. These lazy slobs make the DMV seem downright speedy

  First off this is not a 24 hour restaurant. I ordered on the app prior to 3 AM. Pulled into the drive-through at approximately 3 AM. The speaker just said we’re closed. I go to the drive-through to double check and she said no we’re closed. We closed every day from 3 AM to 5 AM. We are not a 24 hour restaurant. Even though Google and the app listed as a 24 hour restaurant. Seeing that it only has three stars in the first place I’ll probably save myself some heartburn. I generally like McDonald’s, but some locations are complete trash.
