  I done came here so many times and it’s always no sauce given when asked, and they wanna act like they invisible when you waiting at the window trying to ask for some. I keep missing half of my food that I payed for! I’m always going home finding out I have stuff missing. I will be opening my food bag before leaving from now on hoping there aren’t no issues when I have to go INSIDE JUST TO ASK FOR MY ORDER TO BE RIGHT! Very unprofessional and very rude! Childish!!!

  The service is horrible every time I go to this location. I avoid this location and will eat anywhere but taco bell if I am in Quincy but it had been 6 months and I wanted to try the new menu. I was immediately greated with an attitude at the drive thru. Was told the Steak nacho fries were not a thing anymore. I asked if there was anything similar and she said I told you we ain't making those fries. I explained it was for someone who wasn't with me so I was trying to find a substitute she said, "not my problem" Once at the windows she snatched card, handed me my food and then I apologized for not remembering to ask for fire sauce and asked if she minded giving m3 some. She huffed, rolled her eyes and finally tossed some my way. Once I checked my order. Several things were wrong, I was missing some things and my chips looked like they crushed them into tiny pieces as they put them in the bag. I just left. I'm not sure why Taco Bell continues to allow this from their workers at this location. Maybe next year I will try again!

  This is almost a chicken nugget and fries are cold
