Today was my first time receiving awful pizza and terrible customer service from management. I ordered a pizza and cheesy bread. I glanced at my food before I left and had them remake the cheesy bread. I guess I should’ve taken a bite of the pizza because again I glanced and it had the requested toppings. I ordered the white garlic sauce instead of the tomato sauce. Needless to say I bit into it even I made it home and there was no sauce, ugh. I called back and Josh was so kind and remembered me. He placed me on hold and then the phone hung up. I kept calling back and kept getting hung up on. I knew that it wasn’t Josh because he was trying to be helpful. I ended up having to ride back to the restaurant to get my money back. There was no acknowledgement from management. It was such a disappointing experience that was so easy to make right. I was told that Dawn is no longer the owner and it shows.
