  Went through the drive-thru did not get all my food had to come back to pick up my order again. I also ordered a fish sandwich it looks like a beef patty gone wrong. But I have to say the new manager there that I just spoke with really wants to bring that place around.

  My husband and I stopped last night about 8:30. No one in the lobby and 1 car in drive thru. We came in, no one greeted us. A female employee was by the counter and she didn't even say hello or welcome..anything. There were at least 3 other employees I saw. We proceeded to use the order screen. Then we waited. A tray was put on the counter and things were added. Still, no one said a word. The manager put the last item on the tray and said "sauce?" I said "no thank you." He said nothing else. I said "you're welcome." and he said NOTHING! NOTHING! What the Hell? I dont understand it. The only word anyone said to us the entire time was "sauce". Seriously?!?!?! This is awful! If my husband hadn't been so hungry I would have not accepted the food and would have gotten a refund.

  Burger was sloppy. Kiosk took 10 minutes for an older gentleman to place his order and ordering with a human was not an option. Laminate on counter was cracked and taped on.

  Store manager is opening lobby 15 to 20 minutes passed 8 am. Sure its opened earlier than that. I See him and other male worker coming out of restroom area one after the other while no other employees working at that time. Several people waiting outside to get in and I was door dashing had a order to pick up, and couldnt get in the lobby.. manager never greets customers, never makes eye contact. 3 different occasions I've had issues with this guy. Hes rude and never smiles I told him he should smile it wont hurt his face. No response at all.. store is gross 😝 afraid to touch anything in there. I havent eaten there since covid happened they keep lobby closed all hours of the day. Parking lot and drive through is nasty. That place needs a good cleaning and face lift and new management or close it down.
