- RRRamon RodriguezNov 14, 20251.0We stopped at my favorite chain for a quick bite, this particular place looked closed or under construction, dimmed lights outside and one attendant that we could see, there were 2 patrons already at the kiosk struggling with the machine and so we waited and waited until another employee came in and took our order to dine in. After a while we got our food and sat down only to have the same employee come back to take our food and apologize for the mixed up, okay ready to eat and there she was again to take our food once more, unbelievable! Now my wife is pissed off and I am not in a mood for food anymore. I'll stay away from this particular location until the franchise gets they act together and properly trained their employees.

Third time the teenagers taking orders just seemed rude. Horse playing and not staying on task. Cold old fries, cold nuggets, no sauce and interaction wasnt personable at all. Took the card shut the window and and handed me the food. Seemed miserable... sad cause this location had some friendly faces..

The food is fast food, I feel like Wendy's is a little better than some others, but fast food nonetheless.
