  We ordered tonight and they have switched to DoorDash for delivery! Bad move it took 25 minutes from the store and it was cold! Plus very few toppings on the pizza! Very disappointing! Will never order from them again!

  Unfortunately the store is ran at night by some teenagers who seem to take shortcuts so they can hang out together. -Placed my order as an ahead for specific time, happen to check the app to see if it had been started as it was 20 minutes prior to pick up. Tracker showed me order done. Upon walking in, very dead which had they been busy I would’ve understood making the order, but when you are just hanging out by the register I feel like it was made so they could just hang around. And although yes, I was told it is good on the heating rack for an hour (which I would say it probably heating the boxes most to have the allusion it’s still fresh.) and would understand it sitting on there for however long if I was late to pick up. But I was not and could tell the manager on duty (although again I think may be a teenager) didn’t really seem to understand what to do. Only to be offered for it to be remade after I said it was whatever and I would just call the next day as he was not understanding my concerns. Not that I expect the teenagers to understand, but timing my food to be as hot as it can be is important to me as a mom who was excited for her dinner she didn’t have to cook😩
