Came to write that my mom’s order came out wrong, but a new employee named Jacob quickly reported it to the kitchen and brought out a new sandwich for us and a treat for our dog outside, and it made our day!!

This is a new design looking store which is brighter and seems more ‘fast food’ rather than come meet a coworker for a meeting.That’s fine, but it is the first Panera that I’ve been to that has single-use disposable plastic utensils and cups for dine in, which I really hope doesn’t become the new norm for Panera - good thing we brought our own reusable utensils. I love that Panera has always had reusable for dine in. Reuse folks - we are drowning in single use plastics.
