My order was handled quickly and everything arrived just as expected. I ordered the Double Quarter Pounder with bacon, and it was absolutely delicious — fresh, juicy, and perfectly made. You could really tell it was prepared with care. Overall, the staff provided excellent customer service and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Definitely one of the best McDonald’s visits I’ve had. Highly recommend!

Attendants were rude or didn’t speak and gave attitude when we didn’t drive off after they didn’t take our order and then told us our mobile order didn’t show and then when got to the window no one spoke to us just handed a bag and then rolled her eyes when she came vback and we were still there because she didn’t give us our drinks and then had to ask what we had. Over paid and lazy. Zero stars to all personnel interacted with on 21 February at about 845pm
- MMMattFeb 17, 20261.0I understand this is a busy McDonald's and they do a lot of business, but the customer service and order times were ridiculous. My iced coffee sat on the counter for 10 minutes while they ran out of hash browns, and then they completely forgot to make my Sausage Egg McMuffin. I stood there watching people who ordered after me get their food and leave while I kept waiting… and waiting… and waiting. No one acknowledged the delay or seemed to care. I get being busy, but customers shouldn’t feel invisible. Fun part is my ice coffee sat for so long what little ice was in cup melted and I had to go back in!

- TTTravelerFeb 2, 20261.0Ordered some “cook to order” made fresh cheeses burgers and they were a sloppy mess - had to order replacement and the replacement gave us food poisoning! Obviously the food wasn’t cooked properly. We will never order food there again!
