- EFE. FajardoOct 24, 20251.0This one Pizza Hut has got to be the worst one of all. They have the worst customer service in town. I requested curbside and they wouldn't come outside. When I called they said they didn't do that at this store. When I went inside the place was empty because everyone had gone to lunch. I had to wait for for someone to come and when I finally got my pizza it wasn't hot. Not to mention that it didn't taste the way a Pizza Hut Pizza usually tastes. I thought it was just me because I was upset at the terrible service I got but when the rest of my family tasted it they too thought it was weird. I usually order from here out of convenience but I think I'm going to go out of my way next time and save myself the hassle.
