First time visiting this location and unfortunately, I left very disappointed. I spent over $17 on a Chicken Chipotle Avocado Melt combo, and honestly, I had to search for the chicken — there was barely any in the sandwich. It lacked flavor, presentation, and overall appeal. The soup, however, was the only highlight and never disappoints. I honestly should have just ordered that and called it a day. For the price paid, I expected much better quality and satisfaction. Definitely not the experience I was hoping for.

If im spending 5 bucks for a half sandwich, why is there barely any chicken walnut in it. Very disappointed and will not be ordering there again.

Shoutout to Alban (manager, I believe)! A few items were missing from my dine-in order, and when I went up to ask, he didn’t argue or make me feel like I was wrong, he just listened, smiled, and took care of it right away. He made sure I got everything while I was still enjoying my meal, and honestly that kindness went a long way. Customer service like that is rare these days, and it really made my whole experience better. It may seem like a small thing, but moments like that can truly make someone’s day. I appreciate him for going above and beyond, people like him deserve to be recognized!

So i ordered the new salad stuffer or whatever they call it. I think it has potential. They put a crap load of lettuce at the bottom and on top and stuff the middle with the meat. If I was the woker I would try to figure out how to get it all mixed up evenly then stuff the bread. Nothing worse than a lettuce sandwich on both ends of this sandwich. It was just lettuce and chicken im not sure what they did with the rest of the toppings that was supposed to be in it. The chicken noodle soup fabulous. I wanted to try a different flavor but I stuck with a classic to be on the safe side. They did forget our baguettes sides as well for all of our meals it definitely wasn't work 63.00 but it definitely has potential to improve

Literally can't even get the world's simplest order right: cup of French Bistro Onion with no cheese. Nothing else. All they had to do was scoop it out the pot and put it in the bag, and they couldn't even do that. I've had to constantly stare at them while making it and catching them mid-way before they give me screwed up, having to do back and forth trips for refunds/exchanges because I didn't have the time to micromanage them scooping a liquid on a particular day. The straw that broke the camel's back, though? I ordered one night. I had the girl read the order back to me. They seemed to make the cup of soup without any cheese (thank God). But then when I get home? Only half the cup was filled! A tiny little microscopic scoop of crap I'm supposed to get full off of for the evening. I took back, and when I had them scrutinize the order, apparently the girl had me listed as ordering a SANDWICH where the soup came COMPLEMENTARY, so that's why I barely got anything. ??????? How do you get that from a FRENCH BISTRO ONION. IN A CUP. WITH NO CHEESE. THAT'S ALL I EVER WANT WHEN I COME TO THIS PLACE BRUH 😭 WHY IS THAT SO DIFFICULT FOR YOU PEOPLE??? So needless to say, I'm not patronizing this place again. After coming here for like, 6 years? Yeah, I'm done. The incompetency within these walls is off the charts. The food is the only saving grace, but there's literally another Panera Bread in the next town over ✌️
