  Delilah at the counter who took our orders this morning was very rude and it seemed like she didn't want to take our order. When it was our turn to order, she ignored our presence and starting complaining to a coworker about switching from the register. Afterwards, she did not acknowledge us or give us a greeting. I had to say Hello to her and she barely said anything. Please put someone more pleasant at the register.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Victor at Panera Bread was AMAZING! Truly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. He was upbeat, friendly, and so attentive from start to finish. He made me feel genuinely welcomed, double-checked everything to make sure it was perfect, and kept such a positive attitude the entire time. You can tell he really cares about his job and the people he’s helping. Victor absolutely made my day and is a HUGE asset to Panera Bread—give this man some recognition! Thank you Victor for brightening up my mornings everyday!!!

  Usually have good times at Panera but this location sucks. Multiple comes coming and they don’t silverware available for dine in when it’s not close to closing time. Food wasn’t even hot wouldn’t consider it warm. Had to go back up to the counter twice because we were missing bakery items. The second item they didn’t have anymore which I understand but when we talked to the manager Jordan about it he had an attitude about it and when he turned away he shook his head at one of his friends visiting the store. Not to mention the person working expo took food back from another customer to throw out and didn’t even change his gloves which is disgusting especially with the fact that I’m pregnant. Won’t be returning back to this location.

  All I have to say is wow. The people that work at the St Lucie west location do not need to be working in the restaurant business. Talk about horrible customer interaction with the manager on duty. I ordered a hazelnut coffee and it was completely empty, okay fine I’ll just get another kind. Come to find out all of them had nothing but gross cold coffee. When I asked for a hotter coffee to be brewed he acted completely annoyed that a customer needed assistance with their product. The half and half container was also completely empty and again had to ask for assistance. Like take coffee off of the menu if it’s too much of a hassle to brew it or fill the carafe’s. On top of that the restaurant’s lobby was a complete disaster with dirty napkins everywhere. I’m pretty bummed I used to love this place, but wow has it gone downhill. You should hire some better people Panera it’s looking bad
