- JHJamie Holthaus2 days ago1.0All I have to say is wow. The people that work at the St Lucie west location do not need to be working in the restaurant business. Talk about horrible customer interaction with the manager on duty. I ordered a hazelnut coffee and it was completely empty, okay fine I’ll just get another kind. Come to find out all of them had nothing but gross cold coffee. When I asked for a hotter coffee to be brewed he acted completely annoyed that a customer needed assistance with their product. The half and half container was also completely empty and again had to ask for assistance. Like take coffee off of the menu if it’s too much of a hassle to brew it or fill the carafe’s. On top of that the restaurant’s lobby was a complete disaster with dirty napkins everywhere. I’m pretty bummed I used to love this place, but wow has it gone downhill. You should hire some better people Panera it’s looking bad
