  Horrible, Just plain Horrible! Beware of this location they lie about your order showing it’s delivered, when is not. Try calling the store for assistance and they said there must be a glitch in the system, and that the food would take an additional 30 mins.Mind you we ordered our food almost 40 mins before we got the message, looked outside and no where to be found, driver pulls up 20 mins later says is this the location? Like really!!, the “SYSTEM” said it was already delivered, got our food it was cold! Manager there is a liar and terrible with customer service, stay away from them!

  DO NOT do delivery !!! After they said my order was delivered and IT WASNT I called to get a refund cause apparently it got mis delivered. They tried to say there’s a glitch in the system to wait 30 minutes and if it doesn’t show then call them again. I refused to, due to probably now never getting the food or getting it cold. This guy gives me a refund approx 20 mins this guys shows up and ask is it here with the box in the hand. Manager makes him come back to my house (I’m playing the system he said, like I’m the one in the app saying my pizza was delivered ) and I have to give him the money back for a cold pizza. CRAZY !!! I felt bad for the driver cause he knew it was disrespectful the way he was talking and the fact that he make him come back to collect money, unbelievable.

  The manger of the night shift hung up on me multiple times (yes I have proof) Simply because I asked for the sauce I ordered to be delivered to me mind you that his delivery driver forgot it. I live 1.7 miles from this dominos...I even offered to pay him a tip to deliver it even though dominos forgot it. The night manger said he would send him back with the sauce. 3 minutes pass and the manager called me back and said "he spoke with the driver and he claims he dropped the sauce off with my food. So the night manger says he will not be coming and he believes his driver. Why would I offer the driver a tip just to bring me a thimg of icing? If I was trying to get free sauce why would l offer to pay? I just dudnt wanna ear cinnamon bites with no icing... and I cant drive due to surgery. Funny thing is my camera shows no sauce. I called back and The night manger wanted me to buy another cinnamon bites with icing and pay again.He keep hanging up on me and would not take my order. I have screenshots where I called several times. Unbelievable. I called around 1pm today and spoke with another manger and he told me "well what do you want me to do mam." The store manger will be in at 5 pm. Call and speak with him. My family friends and I have been using this dominos for over 10 plus years. This night was beyond rude. Im just glad have I have proof. I have never posted negative reviews on any business platform before but this is awful service.

  I just called to order delivery on a very busy night and the service was phenomenal. The patient young man, Gregory, was informative, polite and got the order right. Well done young man👍🏻

  I order 1-12” Parm Stuffed, 8-piece honey BBQ wings, and Parm Bites. When I received my delivery, my pizza had a couple of pieces of Spinach on it. And the wings were not marinated in the sauce, it was swirled on a few pieces. When I went to report it the next day, one that said he was the manager had no tag, made me a new pizza. but the workers who finished the pizza, didn’t get it right), in front of me the worker first pour garlic liquid, then stopped halfway and asked the other workers if it was supposed to have it on it. The worker turned and asked me, then told him no. Then instead of fixing it, they closed it and hand it to me. The so called manager refused to give his complete name and tried to tell me that he has order from NY and the wings look the same. Not from the NY ones that I ordered. NEVER BY PIZZA FROM THIS LOCATION. THEY DON’T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING, NO TRAINING, FOOD TASTE BAD.
