  Personally, after multiple visits here, I have never been disappointed! Great drinks, food and overall service! The workers are nice and super quick to make everything; it’s the place to be! I’d say if you’re thinking about coming here, this must be the place! ;)

  My family LOVES Rocket Bagels! I’m a huge fan of their croissants but you truly can’t go wrong. The staff is ALWAYS kind and pleasant when we stop by. Our food is ALWAYS prepared perfectly and pretty quickly. Their coffee is literally piping HOT and their smoothies are delicious!!! You won’t regret a Rocket breakfast!!! 🥐 🥯 🍳 🥓

  The biggest issue with this restaurant is the customer service attitude. The staff came across as rude and dismissive, as if customers were an inconvenience rather than the reason they’re there. This isn’t my first redo coming inside and ordering, and there is no effort at showing any kind of welcoming gesture. Everyone seem so irritated and annoyed. And quite frankly I don’t want to order from a place that I’m giving my money to without showing any kind of appreciation it doesn’t hurt to crack a smile. Everyone has off days, but this felt like a pattern, not a one-off moment. A better attitude and basic courtesy would go a long way in improving the experience. Considering this is a small business and I support small businesses but Unfortunately, because of the service alone, I wouldn’t return or recommend this place. And let’s try working on welcoming the customers with a more welcoming gesture demeanor and dismissing the customer with a more polite courtesy attitude. It doesn’t hurt to tell the customers who’s paying and eating the food you cooked. To “Have a great day”. They just hand you your food and not say a word. Like okay Thank You for your service! Will not ever return again

  I May be just a doordasher.... But not a single time have I ever been inside and nobody is not miserable...... I don't even like going inside because of the vibe that is given off by the employees like I'm not wanted Just trying to doordash and be friendly at the same time Yet again, I will keep adding every time until I am greeted with a smile and hospitality

  Nobody there wears a hairnet and they work around food I ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel and potato pancakes and I thought there was string cheese on the potato pancakes soon to find out it was long gray hair will not be returning there until they put on some hair nets
