Wings are always great. I just dislike the whole sauce situation. Never get enough and if i ask for a bit more i have to serve myself. Its a wings spot. just have the sauces ready for customers.

Poor customer service! I recently visited Wing Bomb Chicken Spot, and unfortunately it was one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve had in a long time.
First, the customer service was extremely disappointing. When I walked in, no one greeted me, and the employees behind the counter looked irritated that customers were even there. I waited several minutes before anyone acknowledged me, even though there were only a couple of people in the restaurant. When someone finally took my order, the interaction felt rushed and unfriendly, like they just wanted to get it over with.
The food itself was okay, however bad customer service ruins the overall experience! For a place that markets itself as a wing spot, the quality was extremely underwhelming.
Another issue was the cleanliness of the restaurant. Several tables were dirty, and the floor looked like it hadn’t been swept in quite some time. Trash was overflowing near the drink station, which made the whole place feel poorly managed. For a fast-food restaurant, basic cleanliness should be a minimum standard.
The wait time was also longer than expected for such a small order. Even though the restaurant wasn’t busy, it still took a long time to receive food that clearly wasn’t freshly prepared.
Overall, this visit to Wing Bomb Chicken Spot was extremely disappointing. Between the poor customer service, low-quality food, slow service, and lack of cleanliness, it’s not a place I plan to return to. There are plenty of other wing places that do a much better job. I really hope management takes these issues seriously and works on improving the experience for customers.

I placed my order at 2:00 PM and paid when I arrived. After waiting for a while, my office manager placed her order at 2:11 PM. She walked in, got her food, and walked right out while I was still waiting.
Meanwhile, I didn’t receive my food until about 40 minutes later. When I asked about it, the girl behind the counter was rude instead of helpful.
The food is good, but the atmosphere and customer service really need improvement. Waiting that long while people who ordered later get served first — and then dealing with attitude — isn’t a great experience.
