I asked the girl twice for the Cajun fries,literally looking at her in her eyes making sure she Understood Which she seemed like she did. Order then took forever when there was only like five people in the building I checked my bag and I did not have Cajun fries just regular. I told them it was wrong and instead of re-shaking the fries for me They just gave it to me on the side so I have to do the work at home. when I spend that much money for a burger and fries I expect it done right ridiculous Hire better people.

This is absolutely five guys issue and not the third party delivery service. The bag had a tamper seal sticker on a large bag with one burger in the bag. We were missing another burger and a shake. They didn’t care when I called and just sent out my cold burger that had been sitting at the restaurant for 45 minutes and then another 15 minutes to get to me. Super aggravated. Not to mention paying twice for delivery fee and tip.

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
